Posted by Jeremy Showalter at September 18, 2005 09:20 PMI hope that the facilitators have a good explanation for the headdress exercise, its been tough to come up with something for it!

Posted by: Jeremy Showalter at September 19, 2005 10:08 PMThe test results were definitely fun; mine wasn't a surprise, though.
My cohort was a little confused about how we should interpret and apply this information--why shouldn't we use it to select industries and job functions?
Posted by: Huckle Cat at September 20, 2005 01:34 AMWell, the first application was actually helping people (women in World War II) to better understand work environments and perhaps have longer term enjoyment. Clearly it may not be a major factor so much as a way to think about various orgs and cultures to assess our own fit and our potential challenges as we enter. Functions will also vary dramatically in the reliance on the various parts of MBTI.
